| As of today, we are a week old! Sure it's only been a week but we've got, eight registered members, 147 message board posts, and 133 blog page views. Is that good, bad or meaningless?
Feel free to invite anyone you'd think would be a great part of our growing community.

| Awesome!
Has anyone invited Lawson? His posts are always well written (which you'd expect, he gets paid for it). I don't always agree with him, but his stuff is a pleasure to read nonetheless.

| Neither do I, I don't think the PM system on Comicon works, does it? Lawson does a good job of keeping his identity a tight knit secret. | |

I'm half tempted to go over and post an open invitation for people like him, but my fear is that any post I'd make now no matter how polite and civil I would try to be, it would just end up starting another pointless allen cacophony of ridiculousness.

Eh, no reason to fear Allen. He's gonna do what he's gonna do. I'd make an announcement.

Hell no. Nothing to fear there, I just think it may draw less fire if it doesn't come from me. I just don't want to feed the troll anymore. I think I've done my share already.

Yep, sent him an email invite, and he replied. He said he'd sign up. Maybe he just need some pestering...

| An open invitation is a good idea, but I think it would be worth clearing it with Rick Veitch first. I'm not 100% on the etiquette, but it might be frowned upon to go to someone else's forum and advertise our own. Kind like going to a party and telling everyone there's a better one down the street. | |

Really? With all they let the trolls get away with there, i have a hard time thinking they would find THAT would be in bad taste?

Found him! There was some tech glitch with his registration, I think I fixed it, (or at least found a work-around), he appears to be all set-up now anyway. And now we are 10, woohoo!
