But it makes me wonder, why is eating horse different than eating cow?

What makes eating cow more moral or ethical than horse? WHO FUCKING MADE THESE RULES SOME DAMN HORSE?

I guess it is merely a matter of tradition. Traditionally, Americans have not eaten horse. The Chinese think donkey meat is a delicacy, but it would be a tough sell here. I'd be happy to try them both. You know what I would like more of though? Rabbit. It's very good and a little different than chicken, but almost never available in the bigger supermarkets. Bon appetite'!
