In the article that was posted about him, he said that he thought his legal case was pretty strong. can you ask him to go into more detail about that?

I'm not all that familiar with the suit, but I'd like to know if Marvel and DC believe their trademark of the word 'superhero' extends to its use in any other medium than that of printed comics? I mean do they think they have trademark protection for its use in movies or even a comic that is digital only?

If you use this question, Hunter, don't worry about any crediting, I'm just curious how even megacorporations can have that much brass!
